What do you like about our clases:                            Love the  training, hard and serious yet we still have the occasional laugh. Especially love the sparring, self defence and assisting with students and watching their progress.

Tell us a little more about yourself:                                  Have worked in jewellery industy for 30 years and as a jewellery designer for 15 of those years. Have 3 beautiful children. Enjoy working in my veggie garden and socialising with friends. Am always looking at ways to improve myself in all areas.

What do you like about our classes:                       I love training and sparring with my friends and I love doing kata. Shihan Cheryl & Kancho Hugh make us work hard, but make it interesting and fun.

Favourite Movie:                                                      How to train your dragon.

Tell us a little more about yourself:                        I enjoy going to school and playing with my friends, I also enjoy TV, DS games, computer, reading, maths, art and building Lego Star Wars.
