We have been instructing Martial Arts in the St Marys area since 1987
Budo Ryu Kempo Martial Arts / Lynch-Gardner Defence Systems has been teaching specific self defence
courses and seminars for women and girls in Sydneys west since 1990.

Our Little Dragons class is open for new members.
If you have a child aged between 5 and 8 years then this is for them.
Specifically designed for the younger children it includes lots of fun while still learning a martial art.
Wednesdays only from 6pm to 6.45pm
Please arrive at the hall at least 10 minutes before class.
